Our Great Event is a great way to Promote and Connect your Event and Sponsors and Retailers with your Event Visitors!!!
With Our Great Event, Event Visitors can get up to date information about the event as well as details about your Sponsors and Retailers and other local information that you would like to provide.
Sponsors and Retailers can target potential customers with messages and advertisement specific to the Event. Sponsors and Retailers can add their own branding with a logo or picture, contact details, street address and a link to their website.
Visitors to the Event can access the Sponsor and Retailer information anytime during the Event. At the press of a button, guests can be provided with directions and maps to help get them from the Event to the Sponsor or Retailer. Or guests can quickly contact Sponsors and Retailers by phone or Email.
Everything from creating and setting up an Event to accessing the Event information by Event Visitors is all done within the same Our Great Event App.
Event Organizers can use Our Great Event to increase Sponsor awareness and traffic by using the built-in Slide Show which automatically features your Event, Sponsors and Retailers. Immediate information can be provided to visitors with the push messaging feature.
